Ok people i've came up with an idea for the donation. No specific item effect yet but here's how the donation gonna work.

Example item: Helm Effect:+int
It has donate and non-donate version difference is that donation helm will have a slot and it goes something lile this.

This is an example of a calculation:
Donate= +25int with slot Non-donate= +30int without slot Regular custom quest helm= +15int with slot ESL Card= +30int

Donator gets = 25+30= 55int
Non donator gets = 15+30=45int(with regular quest helm) or +30int(with the same donator helm that without slot)

This is a simple suggestion and are welcoming any new ideas. =)

i dun lk the donation thing...wat to do wif donation.i hate that lolx..economy crisis nw.even donation oso must donate to GAZA victims.hahax

I like the attempt to balance out donator vs nondonator, honestly. But I'm not really understanding all of the rest of it...

Umm, well, we were talking about it and we thought about 2 ways to create more balance between donators and nondonators.

First Way]
Both (donator and nondonator) items look the same.
Except, nondonator will have +5 or +10 stats/% more than donator but has NO slot.
Pros: People cant distinguish who has donates or not
Cons: Everyone looks the same

Second Way]
Donator will have their own unique item. Nondonator will have a different looking item WITH slot but will LESS effect than donator items.
Pros: People look different, nondonators will benefit stat/percent wise
Cons: People no who donated and who didnt (thus can make nondonators a target in pvp)

Stat-wise:
Pretend a Donator Headgear is +20 INT
Example (using first method): same sprite, different effects
- Donator: +20INT +30INT (<-- Slot with ESL equipped)
- NonDonator: +30INT (no slot)
Example (using second method):
- Donator: +20INT +30INT (<-- Slot with ESL) = +50INT
- NonDonator: +10INT (less stats) + 30INT (slot with ESL) = +40INT

OR
If you have a different suggestion to make it more balanced, just post ;]

Yea, but do you think people will pay only for +10 stat difference?

True, but if we do it the first way..
- Everyone will look the same
- Headgear cards wont be as popular

It matters if that out weights the other stuff. If thats okay with the majority, then it works ;]

Well i'll back my idea up because as you can see where we came from. New players wont be enjoying without any cool wings like the donators has so they'll get bored and eventually will leave. If we have a non slotted same item with donator ones it'll make them look a bit more superior which might increase the chance for them to stay.

As for +10 difference do make a lot of difference. Well thats just a rough idea on how it will work, maybe the stats might be higher say +20 difference when we've established a system where everyone would go.

OR.. we could combine the two methods but the second method donator must have a better gears for example with element resist or extra skills and non-donator gears have only +stats or maybe a lower version element resist. but the +10 difference might remains.

Any other suggestions?

For a server that just started, you need to attract income. Make your donate item interesting. But sad to say, the only way to make it interesting (**IMO**) is make it h4x! Making a server balanced is not just on the items, you need to balance the corruptness and the fair attitude.
